However, please note that we require a package unboxing video for all claims related to defective, wrong, or damaged products. This video will be helpful in processing your replacement request smoothly.

Please be aware that there will be no replacement processed without the required package unboxing video.

- Cancellation Window: You can request a cancellation for your order at any time until it has been shipped. Once the products are shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Refund Process

- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.

Return Window

You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product if it meets the conditions mentioned above. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.
