How do I create an account on the Colors Queen website?

To create an account, visit www.colorsqueen.com. Click the profile icon located in the top-right corner of the homepage. From there, you can either log in or register for a new account.

I forgot my password; how can I log in?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

Can I make a purchase without signing up?

Yes, registration is not mandatory to make a purchase. You can add items to your cart, select "Buy Now," and complete your transaction using your mobile number.

Shipping & Order Status

How can I check the status of my order?

When you make a purchase, you will receive an order ID via your registered WhatsApp number. Use this order ID to track your order. Click Track Your Order for detailed tracking information.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 4–5 business days.

Are there any shipping charges for my order?

Yes, a shipping fee of ₹40 is applicable for orders below ₹499.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, changes to the products in your order cannot be made once the order is placed.

How can I make a payment?

After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You can select from multiple payment options, including:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • UPI Payments (with an additional 10% discount on prepaid orders)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
What happens if payment is deducted but I do not receive an order ID?

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders once placed can’t be cancelled . However in case of exchange of product or shade please call our customer care before order is shipped . In case order is shipped no exchange will be accommodated.

Will I receive a refund for a canceled order?

If your cancellation request is valid, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your bank account.

Returns and Refunds

How will I receive a refund for returned orders?

Once your returned order is verified, the refund will be credited to your bank account. For further assistance, please contact our customer care team.

How can I register a complaint?
